After a 12 day challenge, I dropped 7.7 pounds.

Going forward I will continue to use Intermittent Fasting (IF) and a low carbohydrate diet, close to Keto to achieve further progression.

PROCESS AND THOUGHTS
I am unhappy with how long of a process this is turning out to be. I am having a lot more ups and downs than I thought I would. I am sort of back to my best status from week 3 at this point. I think I will do better this coming week.

So far, this fasting experience has been great! I’ve lost 7.7 pounds and my insulin levels have improved a lot. I feel more energetic and my cravings have decreased.
