I released about 60 minutes of analysis and did 50 minutes of writing. I am perfecting my workflow for when I #amwriting and it is proving to be challenging and rewarding.

PERSONAL
Sleep was decent most of the week. I ate clean. IF has been going well. I was fairly consistent with exercise, even though my lower back was hurting all week. I am sore from my daily 10 minute work outs and it feels kind of nice. A lot of things feel like they are in flux, but I feel like I am being better about following through.
