Seeking the Holy Grail of Arthurian Legend

I am a bit confused by the fact that Howard Pyle wrote, not one, but four Arthur books. The books range from the birth to the death of Arthur. I have listened to the first book, but I have been confused as to which books to read next. The books are available for free though Project Gutenberg and Librivox and they are also included in the Audible membership until 12/31/2024. These books are long and I am striving to finish writing MY book about a young boy rising to a heroic sate by that date, so I will have to focus on that for now. (You can find out more about Axel’s Arcade Book 1 by going to GROBUGS.COM) Please forgive that aside. I was getting to the point that for some reason, there is a lack of clarity as to which book is which and what is the proper order. Librivox is not very well organized, the book descriptions don’t say anything like “part of a series” nor does Project Gutenberg. Audible does say there is a series, but it has the order botched, Book 1 is the slot for Book 1 AND 2 and it seems the true book 2 is missing!

From the Wiki, here is the official order of Howard Pyle’s set of Arthurian books. I do not know that this can be considered a series by our understanding today. I endeavor to make that clear as I journey through them all.
