I am trying to get back to fundamentals this week. Solid form on my movements, no cheating, and a set schedule for fasting.
I'm up in weight just over 1 pound this week. I didn't exercise. Is that part of the problem? Is it a problem? I am not sure. I look better, but am I doing enough to improve myself?
