I failed, but I got so far. I am happy with my progress and encouraged to persist in bettering myself.
I am so close to the end of my trial period. I want to say I am close to my goal, but I'm not sure that is true. Regardless I will keep putting in the work to better myself, even if I don't hit am arbitrary target date.
After trying a few different approaches, I am settled on IF as my recipe for success in weightloss. I am currently sleep deprived and eating just okay, but the weight is coming off at a steady, sustainable clip.
I've kind of mostly been loafing around this week, not sleeping well and not fasting or eating super well. My time off with a new baby is over, so I am back to more serious work on my diet and health.
This week, I have skipped daily updates because I want to shift to a weekly update on my fitness progress. The goals this week: more exercise, less coffee and dropping a bit of weight.

Today marks 60 days that I have been on this journey. I have made a lot of progress, but I know I still have a ways to go.
Exercising first thing in the morning is a nice way to staart my day, but I may beed to lay off the Burpees. I think they are hurting my knees.
I started off the day with a quick workout. I did the same thing yesterday, I am going to try this out for the rest of the week.
