Today marks 60 days that I have been on this journey. I have made a lot of progress, but I know I still have a ways to go.
Exercising first thing in the morning is a nice way to staart my day, but I may beed to lay off the Burpees. I think they are hurting my knees.
I started off the day with a quick workout. I did the same thing yesterday, I am going to try this out for the rest of the week.
Today was a great day. I got my workout in early and got lots accomplished. Also, I had more positive results in weightloss.
I'm feeling done with the diet despite how positive it has been for me. I cheated a little today, but thanks to IF I didn't eat a lot today, so hopefully the damage is mitigated.
