Star Wars: Queen’s Peril is a YA novel written by EK Johnston. She previously wrote Queen’s Peril which showed Padme’s first year as a senator. Queen’s Peril runs into the events of The Phantom Menace and follows Padme as she ascends to the throne and integrates her handmaidens into her rule.
