Writing is a labor of love. In order to transform it into a labor I can get paid for, I am treating it like a job. Putting in a minimum of 12 minutes, Monday-Friday, I will work one hour each week at writing. Here I go!
Sharing the bed is hard at times, but we both agree it works
Every morning I pause to watch you two before I leave the room
I know at times it keeps you up, and even I toss and turn
But seeing you two fast asleep, darling I nearly swoon
Two distinct approaches to a poem about co-sleeping. I wonder what my wife will say about them
