It started with my first kid. My husband and I talked about it and decided to keep our baby in the bed with us. I was breastfeeding and neither of us wanted to get up multiple times in the night to feed baby. One night my husband rolled over and I actually caught his arm before it landed on baby. I guess my mom sense kicked in. We found this thing that attaches to the bed so baby could be close and we wouldn’t have to worry about squishing him. Anyway, two more kids later, the gizmo is gone and we are all crowded in the bed together and for the most part everyone loves it.
[My M-F Writing series is intended to make me a better writer and build towards publishing by the end of 2019. More than Milk is the current focus of these efforts to write and publish a bit each week day.]
