Every night invisible wolves trample through our patio
I can see their foot prints, but you can’t
I hear them and when I get up I see them
They jump down and run across the grass and howl
One night I’ll go out with them, while you’re still asleep
I’m always up all night, so I’ll hear them when they howl
I’ll wait for them and scare them when they trample through
Then I’ll go across the grass with them and say
That wolf was scary, don’t go, don’t go
But I thought you liked the invisible wolves?
Remember the ones who trample through our patio every night?
I don’t like them, I don’t remember, stay, stay
