SYNOPSIS
Tsubasa, who was caught in the trap of Tsuyoshi, is interrogated by Detective Kito. On the other hand, Tsuyoshi tried to get Miho back, but Miho, who regained Natsumi’s memory, didn’t have memories of Tsuyoshi’s time with her. Tsuyoshi, who is persistently approaching Natsumi, is caught by a police officer. Tsubasa and Tsuyoshi meet at the detention center and Tsubasa is asked by a detective to investigate the Juto. Also, Jiro, who was attacked by Murasame and has suffered a great deal of damage, is visited by his childhood friend Rumi.

-I’d like to see some growth inTsuyoshi, but I think he’ll stay the same. His flip out was an interesting move, but he back-pedaled so quickly I feel he might just stay this kind of like this forever
-Haruka’s aunt was almost too distracted by Tsubasa’s charms…

-Haruka relishing the feeling of youth when she is 16 or 17 is an odd gag, but I laughed at it
-The forest of Origami Cats is a creepy setting. Those Oragami puppets are cool.
-I’m glad Tsubasa learned a little more about the Beastials and I am excited to see how he gets out of the forest
-This also gives me hope that Tsuyoshi can live happily with the Beastial who took copied Natsumi.
WHATS
-Who Imprisoned Jin?
-Why is his prison a passage way for Beastials?
-Why can Cerebrans go between Ideon and Earth while Beastials are blocked by Jin’s prison?
-If the Don clan made Beastials why don’t they just travel like Cerebrans?
-Where are the Beastials, where is the forest of cats located? Another, another world?

Episode 35: 7/10
Tsuyoshi is struggling without Miho to anchor him. Tsubasa is freed from jail to help the police deal with the Beastials, but gets caught and copied by the Beastials himself.
Things kind of fell flat for me. The Hitsosuki was there because Sentai. Tarou and the others didn’t do much and Jirou is still kind of dying. Tsubasa getting captured by Beastials is good. I hope some big development comes of it soon.
LESSONS LEARNED
Be creepy. I am so much more interested in the Beastials then the Cerebrans as villains. They are like sentient predatory mimics and the Oragami folding and the seemingly living Oragami in their world is catching. You might have to see it, to get why it is exciting to me, but it elicits feelings of foreboding and danger. The bad Beastials are inhuman and that makes them scary.
LL000: Don’t be afraid to make creepy or scary foes for a children’s story. You want the threat to be real and the kids can handle it if you do it the right way.

Avataro Sentai Donbrothers is a Japanese television series. It is the 46th in Toei’s Super Sentai series. Its Momotarō-themed Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger The show succeeded Kamen Rider Revice line-up Super Hero Time to Avataro Sentai Donbrothers in premiered March 6, 2022, on TV Asahi.
The series theme is based on the legend of Momotarō and Virtual Reality. Because of this, many of the show’s graphics are styled to resemble traditional Japanese watercolor brush paintings, and the series makes more extensive uses of CGI than past productions.
