This question of power is still nagging me. Why shouldn’t humans have the power to defend themselves from Kaiju? Yuka’s hometown had a defense against kaiju in the form of that song and instrument. The show seemed to present that as a good thing. Why was that ok and Ultroid Zero not ok? Is it about martial strength versus something more passive and gentle like the music? Is the D4 weapon specifically the problem? Would Ultroid Zero be acceptable without it? Sevenger, Windom and King Joe were powerful weapons fusing human ingenuity and kaiju parts of powers. Why are those acceptable?

Series Synopsis
