We have a friend who is currently vegan. She suggested I try making (and eating) coleslaw. I think I have only ever had coleslaw in my possession when given it by a restaurant (mostly fast food, I think) and I have always ignored it. I asked my wife to get us some and this meal was the perfect excuse to try it out. I think I am going to enjoy coleslaws. The extra mayo improved the mouth feel of the tuna salad. I’ll try out coleslaw for next week’s lunches.
