Yesterday and today, I chose to set aside my current regimen. I didn’t go crazy, but I didn’t keep track of anything. My nutrition was just OK. I didn’t exercise. This week I am going to try something some might consider drastic. I will track how I am feeling throughout the day. I am getting the kind of results I want. I do want to get bloodwork done soon to make sure all my levels are good, but I feel good, so I am going to keep with this program I have going. Stay tuned to find out what I am doing and how it is affecting me.
