I don’t feeel great. I had a bit of a shake and a sliver of icecream cake on Sunday. I am sure thay knocked me out of ketosis. I think my previous week of good eating put me in ketosis or close to it. Anyway if you look at what I am eating this week, I think it ought to put me into ketosis. I nees to get some test strips to see if it does the trick.
