I’m skipping June 21 and 22. I didn’t eat poorly, I just didn’t do well keeping track.

Hours slept from 6/22 to 6/23: 8 hours

Fasted from 6/22 to 6/23 12 hours

No exercise 

Food Log

I ignored those hashbrowns and just ate the omelette

Dinner was chicken and watermelon.

Had a few cups of coffee today.

Last cup of the day featuring a little bit of chocolate.
