Going forward I will continue to use Intermittent Fasting (IF) and a low carbohydrate diet, close to Keto to achieve further progression.

I am unhappy with how long of a process this is turning out to be. I am having a lot more ups and downs than I thought I would.
2-19-2023 – 10 Hours Fasted – 203, no change
2-20-2023 – 9P-5.5P, 18.5 Hours Fasted – 202.8, down 0.2
2-21-2023 – 8P-8A, 12 Hours Fasted – 200.6, down 2.2
