The workout was way too easy for me. I broke a very light sweat. I don’t feel soreness in my back, legs or biceps at all. I had planned to do 30 reps of each, but decided 3 rounds of 10 reps would be better. I think that was a mistake. I will adjust what I do next Sunday to compensate for that.
I did realize tonight, which means I feel it and won’t ignore, that I ate way too much at dinner. I still feel bloated about 3 hours later. I need to work on portion control. I am going to experiment spacing out my meals, eating more often to make sure I am not just stuffing myself.
